NEEDS & GOALS
Create print and social media graphics to promote events, teams, and athletes as well as celebrate their victories.
When designing for the Mean Green athletic department, graphics were primarily used as social media ads to help promote events, games, and school pride and to celebrate the victories of individuals and the team as a whole. If not used for social media, many graphics were printed as posters, materials for game day, or used on other online platforms like email and youtube. Many opportunities were present to mix photography, patterns or textures, and text to create a dynamic and exciting look while also delivering information to the public to gain traction.
Player Of The Week
Each week a player is chosen to be the “Player Of The Week” based on their performance during practice and game time. Later, a post goes live on their social media accounts to congratulate their success and skills.
YouTube Video Thumbnails
During football season, every week, a set of videos recapping the game from the coach's and players' point of view are published on the team's YouTube channel. These videos keep the fans up to date on the team's plans for the next game as well as give them an inside scoop on details about the previous games' outcomes.

Holiday Posts
For each major holiday, all of Mean Green Athletics' social accounts will post a holiday graphic wishing them holiday greetings.
Upcoming Events Post
Throughout the year, Mean Green Athletics will have special events for recruitment. Coaches Caravan is an event where the head coaches travel around Texas where they speak to high school and other collages football athletes to recruit future players.
Wallpaper Wednesday
Throughout the season, mobile wallpapers were designed for fans and athletes to download.
